She's seven years younger so they didn't really grow up together, but after their dad's death...he pretty much raised her until he went to boot. And he took emergency leave a couple of times for her. So yeah...she loves to torment him...and she knows lots of dirt and they have their little rituals. He's brother, father, mother, and protector all rolled into one for her.
