A Christmas Show
Tartan Terrors' Style
This entry on the concert has been giving me fits. I can't tell you how many issues I have had with it and I've finally decided to cut it into two entries and start over from the beginning. I have pulled out my HTML book and am going to attempt to code it without using the "helper".
I'm sorry it took me so long to get this posted, but I was just so frustrated that I couldn't deal with it for many days. Now I have managed to get it straightened out and have chopped it into four parts so hopefully it will all work. eaglesis40
and I traveled to York, PA on December 22nd and saw the second show of the first ever stateside Tartan Terrors Christmas Show. If you have never seen a Terrors' show, let me tell you it is an experience. If you have, well, you know what we were getting into. We had good seats and a great audience and despite the Terrors' recent setbacks and apparently one or more of them being ill, it was a fabulous show.
Now if you have never seen a Terrors' show, some of the things I mention may seem a little...odd. If you have, you know their sense of humor can be a little bizarre but its always fun. So settle back, click play, and enjoy the show!
On a whim, eaglesis40
decided to turn the recorder on her iPod on so we were able to reconstruct a lot of the show for this write-up. Hope you enjoy...I've tried to place the videos and pictures where they belong to better transport you to what we saw so click on the videos when you get to them and enjoy viewing the pictures. Now settle back and enjoy the show!
Before I start the entry, I have to say that eaglesis40
and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Meg's grandmother after the show Saturday night. This lovely woman was sitting behind us for the entire show. After wards, she tapped me on the shoulder and told us that she was happy to see we enjoyed the show and introduced herself as Meg's grandmother. We, of course, told her how much we adore the band and she seemed very proud of both Meg and Ian. She seemed like a lovely woman.
And now onto the show... ( Part One )
